I graduated from the University of Ulster with a BA (Hons) Business Studies degree, First Class. I continued my studies with the University of Ulster and went on to complete an MSc in International Business and also a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education Practice. I thoroughly enjoyed studying at the University and gained valuable insights into the business environment.

I am currently a doctoral student with the Department of International Business in the Ulster Business School. My research focuses on the change management issues associated with the implementation of shared services. Research interests primarily focus on change management, shared services and leadership in public and private sectors.
